We mostly use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments, ensuring a trusted, track-able, and timely delivery of your orders.  However, we reserve the right to utilize UPS when needed to better serve you, our customer.

2. Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and determined based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the selected USPS service (e.g., Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express).
• Real-time shipping costs will be shown at checkout, giving you the most up-to-date pricing as determined by USPS.

3. Processing Time

• All orders are packed daily and typically ship within 1 business day. This time frame ensures each item meets our high standards of quality and customization.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. International Shipping

We only ship orders internationally when purchased through eBay or Amazon.  Processing times are the same.

Return Policy

Return any unopened purchase for a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days from the purchase date.  Email us at coffeebslap@gmail.com for a return authorization number.
